Anders Johnson, our Chief Strategy Officer and President of EchoStar Satellite Services, has responsibility for coordinating strategic initiatives and corporate development across the company as well as directing EchoStar Satellite Services.
Mr. Johnson was previously at SES World Skies, where he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Satellite Development. Mr. Johnson joined SES GLOBAL after the combination of GE AMERICOM and SES in 2001. Prior to SES, he worked at GE from 1985 in a variety of executive-level roles including Satellite Services, Aviation Services and Transportation & Industrial Financing.
Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. degree from the New York Institute of Technology.

Jennifer A. Manner is Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at EchoStar Corporation where she is responsible for domestic and international regulatory and policy issues, including spectrum allocation and market access, for EchoStar and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining EchoStar, Ms. Manner served in various leadership positions within the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the telecommunications and satellite industries (ZComm Strategies LLC, Skyterra and MCI Communications Corporation, later WorldCom, Inc.)
Ms. Manner received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, her J.D. from New York Law School and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Telemaco Melia, heading product and marketing activities, has the responsibility to coordinate EchoStar Mobile products and services roadmap in collaboration with the different entities of the group. Mr. Melia has previously led IoT security product development at Kudelski Group and has covered various technology roles in tier one telecom manufacturers (Nokia, Cisco, NEC). He holds an MSC in Informatics from Politecnico Turin, a Ph.D. in Telecommunications from Göttingen University and MBA from ESSEC Business School.

Jon Smith, heading engineering and operations activities, has the responsibility to organize and coordinate daily tasks dealing with partners integration, end to end solution engineering and service delivery. After a successful career in the British Army Mr Smith moved into the commercial satellite space. Prior to starting at EchoStar Mobile Mr Smith worked in both the MSS channel and at Inmarsat in multiple technology functions.

Clive Newport is the Commercial Director for EML and is responsible for the commercialisation of S band services on the EchoStar XXI satellite and Complementary Ground Component. Clive has worked in the satellite Industry for 25 years with a background of engineering and Business Development. Most recently he was Account Director with Arqiva responsible for satellite based M2M services for Utility customers. Clive holds an MSc in Physics from the University of London.
